FA (Dars-e-Nizami) Introduction

The FA (Dars-e-Nizami) program at AIOU is specially designed for students who have completed their Matriculation and want to pursue higher secondary education with a strong focus on Islamic studies. At the HSSC level, 18 credit hours are compulsory while 30 credit hours are elective, giving learners a solid foundation in both general subjects and specialized Islamic courses.

The compulsory courses are spread across the first two semesters, with 12 credit hours in the first semester and 6 credit hours in the second semester. This systematic distribution helps students cover essential subjects early while gradually moving into advanced religious studies.
